Join our DISCORD Server!
It’s our virtual office building, newsletter platform, chat, announcements, meeting rooms, hang out spaces, all of it. The App for PC, Android, and iPhone is free and easily available thru the app stores or directly at their website.
Once downloaded follow this link ( https://discord.gg/wts2bjbjR8) to join our server specifically. Use it to ask and answer questions, complete any remaining onboarding paperwork (we do our best to make that as painless as possible) and generally communicate with other agency creators & agency staff. Additionally, the full list of our agency benefits are available for review on the Discord server. Review them at your leisure.
Plan on attending the next “New Member Onboarding Meeting”.
JrFTW and team host a weekly “New Member’s Onboarding Meeting” where we go over the “in’s and out’s” of the Agency, winning strategies, and give us an opportunity to meet you and understand your goals and how best we can help! These meetings are typically every Thursday afternoon/evening. Watch for details in Discord or contact a staff member!
Keep going LIVE!
Maintaining your LIVE frequency and presence is important to both the TikTok Agency requirements as well as to the almighty TikTok Algorithm. We request that, try for a minimum, you have 7 days where you’ve gone live for 1 hour or longer AND 15 (or more) hours total and make at least 1,000 Diamonds every month or more! We set goals for our creators to try to hit. They are NOT REQUIRED. We understand that “Life Happens”. If “life” happens to you and there is a period of time where you are unable to make the minimums please just let us know so we can keep track.

Its ok to be new!! Its ok to ask questions! But here are a few that people typically ask to save you some time!
If you get a LIVE violation that you believe was incorrect (we know it happens, and so does TikTok) it’s vitally important that you submit an agency appeal in our Discord as well as notifying your contact directly. This ensures that there is more than one set of eyes working on it and speeds up resolution. Keep in mind that TikTok themselves do not work on weekends and outside of normal business hours and so any resolution will happen when they they ARE working. We can, however, take the report and get all the paperwork lined up for the review staff!
You do not have to share your lives with the Agency staff as we can monitor them without you seeing us come in and out of your lives and get playbacks from our system. Although we encourage you to share your LIVE in the
“-LIVE-Links” channel in Discord so the rest of the agency creators can support you as able.
