1. WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

Personal information you disclose to us

In Short: We collect personal information you voluntarily provide when you use our Services.

We collect information you choose to give us, such as when you create an account, apply to or join the Infinitum LIVE Creator Network, complete onboarding/profile setup, use InfiniView features, upload content, contact support, or otherwise communicate with us.

Examples of personal information we may collect:

– Contact info: name, email address, phone number, mailing address (if provided), usernames/handles, contact preferences

– Account and profile data: display name, bio, profile photo/media, social links, creator preferences, verification/onboarding details

– Authentication data: account credentials and sign-in information processed through our authentication providers (for example Firebase Authentication). We do not ask you for Social Security numbers or full payment card numbers. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider using industry-standard protections; we do not store your password in readable/plain text. If you sign in with a third-party account (for example Google, Apple, or Facebook where offered), we receive basic account info from that provider to create or link your account.

– User content: messages, posts, forms, feedback, support requests, attachments, and other content you submit

– Creator/network operational data: information needed to operate the creator network (for example manager relationships, roster/performance-related records we maintain or sync for contracted creators, academy progress, and similar product data)

Payment / purchase data

– In-app purchases on iOS and Android (for example Remove Ads or other entitlements) are processed by Apple or Google. We receive purchase/entitlement status needed to unlock features; we do not receive or store your full credit/debit card number from those store purchases.

– Website or other payments (where offered) may be processed by providers such as PayPal. We do not store full credit card numbers in our systems when payments are handled by those processors.

– Website store/apparel or other orders may also involve shipping/contact details needed to fulfill the order, returns, or exchanges.

– Gift or manual payment arrangements, if any, are handled as described at the time of the transaction.

You are responsible for ensuring that personal information you submit is current, accurate, and complete.

In Short: We are not responsible for third-party sites, stores, or services we do not control.
