You Have to Put in the Work to Make This Work!

1. Commitment to Going LIVE Regularly:

• Minimum 7 Days Per Month: Go LIVE at least 7 days monthly, with each session lasting at least 1 hour.

• No Resets: Do not reset your LIVE before completing the full hour to meet engagement goals.

• Exception Requests: Notify us if obligations such as military service, work, natural disasters, or personal issues prevent you from meeting this requirement. Exceptions may be provided.

2. Complete Your Monthly Hours:

• Minimum of 15 Hours Per Month: Stream at least 15 hours monthly to remain in good standing.

• Track Progress: Use Infinitum LIVE tools to monitor your hours.

• Exception Requests: Inform us if circumstances like stress, mental health, or other obligations impact your ability to meet this goal.

3. Follow TikTok Community Guidelines:

• Adherence to Rules: Always follow TikTok’s Community Guidelines. Violations are taken seriously.

• Behavior Guidelines: Avoid excessive cursing, smoking/vaping, drinking alcohol, or any inappropriate behavior during LIVE sessions. Violations may lead to removal from the network.

4. Reach Out for Assistance:

• Ask for Help: Don’t hesitate to contact us for support with TikTok-related issues.

• Find Your Agent: Use your iVIEW/InfiniVIEW card to locate your manager for assistance.

5. Recruit Friends for Bonuses:

• Referral Bonuses: Earn bonuses by inviting friends or other users to join the network.

6. Additional Responsibilities:

• Report Poaching Attempts: Notify us if another creator network contacts you. Provide screenshots and details.

• Decline Outside Offers: Accepting offers from other networks is against the agreement and can lead to disciplinary action or harm your future opportunities.

Expectations & Responsibilities for Infinitum TikTok Shop Members

You Have to Put in the Work to Make This Work!

1. Commitment to Regular TikTok Shop Activity:

• Exception Requests: Notify us of obligations like work, natural disasters, or personal issues to request an exception.

2. Achieve Monthly Sales Goals:

• Consistent Effort: Aim to meet or exceed your TikTok Shop sales goals each month.

• Track Progress: Monitor your sales activity and performance using Infinitum tools.

• Request Assistance: If you’re falling short of your goals, reach out for strategies to improve sales.

3. Follow TikTok Shop Policies:

• Adherence to Policies: Follow TikTok Shop’s rules and guidelines to avoid violations.

• Professional Behavior: Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all sales sessions.

4. Reach Out for Support:

• Ask for Help: Contact us for assistance with TikTok Shop violations, login issues, or sales performance concerns.

• Find Your Manager: Locate your contact point via Discord to address issues promptly.

5. Recruit New Sellers for Bonuses:

• Referral Incentives: Earn referral bonuses by inviting other creators to join TikTok Shop with Infinitum.

6. Additional Responsibilities:

• Report Poaching Attempts: If approached by another agency or network, report it with screenshots and details.

• Decline Outside Offers: Joining another network while with Infinitum violates your agreement and may result in disciplinary action.

Favorited

Expectations & Responsibilities for Favorited LIVE Agency Members

1. Commitment to Going LIVE Regularly:

• Go LIVE Requirements: None

2. Follow Favorited Platform Guidelines:

• Adherence to Rules: Abide by all platform policies and guidelines for Favorited LIVE sessions.

• Behavior Guidelines: Avoid unprofessional conduct, such as excessive cursing, smoking, drinking, or inappropriate behavior during LIVE sessions. Violations may lead to removal from the agency.

3. Reach Out for Support:

• Ask for Help: Favorited managers are here to assist with any platform-related issues or concerns.

• Connect with Your Manager: Use the Discord to find your assigned manager and access support.

4. Recruit New Members for Bonuses:

• Referral Rewards: Earn bonuses by inviting others to join Favorited LIVE and grow the community.

5. Additional Responsibilities:

• Report Poaching Attempts: Inform us if approached by another agency. Provide screenshots or evidence to help us address the situation.

• Decline Outside Offers: Accepting offers from other agencies while under contract with Favorited violates your agreement and may lead to penalties.

TikTok LIVE

As a TikTok LIVE Creator Network, here are things we do NOT do for TikTok creators:

Account Ownership & Management:

• No Account Ownership: We do not take control or gain access to your TikTok account. Your content remains yours unless specified otherwise in your contract.

• No Direct Content Management: We do not manage your TikTok content directly.

• No Management of Other Social Platforms: We do not handle your accounts on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or others.

• No Personal Branding Management: We do not manage your personal branding (e.g., logos, merchandise, or deals).

Payments & Financials:

• No Payments for Going LIVE: We do not pay creators to go live; payouts come directly from TikTok based on your LIVE earnings.

• No Charges for Services: Our TikTok LIVE services are 100% free for creators.

• No Reimbursement for Equipment: We do not cover costs or reimburse you for equipment or material expenses.

• No Financial Advice: We do not provide financial guidance.

Gifts, Products, & Followers:

• No Gifts for Rankings/Battles: Gifts are only awarded if you meet specific Creator Network (CN) goals; we do not provide gifts otherwise.

• No Free Products: We do not offer products simply because you go LIVE.

• No Artificial Growth Assistance: We do not provide followers, likes, viewers, or engagement services that violate TikTok guidelines.

Bans, Violations, & Reports:

• No Authority Over Bans: We cannot ban accounts; TikTok handles this exclusively.

• No Access to Reports or Takedown Information: We cannot see who reports your account or causes LIVE takedowns.

• No Video Violation Appeals: We cannot remove video violations.

• No Ban Removal Assistance for Rule Violations: If you or your stream violates TikTok guidelines (e.g., boxes, game chats, backgrounds), we cannot intervene.

Support & Moderation:

• No Dedicated Manager for Every LIVE: Each manager oversees over 200 creators and cannot be present for all streams. Contact us for specific help or stats reviews.

• No LIVE Moderation: You are responsible for selecting and managing your own moderators.

Events & Reminders:

• No Event Reminders: We do not send reminders for events you schedule in the TikTok app.

Success & Guarantees:

• No Guarantee of Immediate Success: Success requires effort and time; we do not promise instant fame or high earnings.

Miscellaneous:

• No Legal Advice: We do not provide legal guidance.

• Cannot Make Someone Fall in Love with You… Yet!

TikTok Shop

As part of our TikTok Shop Partner Network, here are things we do NOT do:

Account Ownership & Management:

• No Account Ownership: Your TikTok Shop account remains entirely under your control.

• No Direct Content Management: We do not create or manage your TikTok Shop content.

• No Management of Other Social Platforms: We do not handle accounts outside TikTok Shop, such as Instagram or YouTube.

• No Personal Branding Support: Logos, merchandise, and branding strategies are not included in our services.

Payments & Financials:

• No Direct Payments for Hosting LIVE Sales: Payments come from your TikTok Shop earnings, not from us.

• No Equipment Reimbursement: We do not provide funds or compensation for equipment.

• No Financial Advice: Revenue management is your responsibility.

Gifts, Products, & Engagement:

• No Free Products: Products or inventory for your TikTok Shop are not provided by us.

• No Artificial Viewer Growth: We do not offer services to increase your viewers or sales artificially.

Bans, Violations, & Reports:

• No Authority Over Bans: TikTok Shop handles all bans and account removals.

• No Violation Appeals: We cannot directly appeal or remove violations on TikTok Shop.

• No Takedown Information: We do not receive information about who reports or flags your content.

Support & Moderation:

• No Dedicated Manager for Every Sale: Managers provide guidance but cannot oversee every sales session.

• No Shop Moderation: You must handle your own moderators for sales sessions.

Events & Reminders:

• No Event or Sale Reminders: Scheduled sales events on TikTok Shop are your responsibility to manage.

Success & Guarantees:

• No Promises of Immediate Sales Growth: Your success depends on your effort, content, and engagement strategies.

Miscellaneous:

• No Legal Advice: Consult a legal expert for guidance on contracts or disputes.

Favorited

As part of the Favorited LIVE Agency, here are things we do NOT do:

Account Ownership & Management:

• No Account Ownership: Your Favorited account remains under your control. We do not manage or access your account.

• No Direct Content Management: We do not create, post, or manage your content on Favorited.

• No Cross-Platform Management: Accounts on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, or others are outside our scope.

• No Personal Branding Services: Merchandise, logos, and deals are not handled by the Favorited agency.

Payments & Financials:

• No Payments for LIVE Streams: Payments come directly from your Favorited performance metrics, not the agency.

• No Service Fees: Our services are free for creators.

• No Equipment Support: We do not provide funding or reimbursement for materials or equipment.

• No Financial Guidance: We do not offer advice on managing or investing your earnings.

Gifts, Products, & Engagement:

• No Free Products: We do not provide products or items for going LIVE on Favorited.

• No Engagement Boosting: Followers, likes, and viewers must grow organically; we do not offer artificial engagement services.

Bans, Violations, & Reports:

• No Authority Over Bans: Account bans and removals are exclusively handled by Favorited.

• No Access to Reporting Data: We cannot see who reports your account or LIVE sessions.

• No Appeals for Violations: Violations caused by inappropriate content or conduct cannot be removed by us.

• No Ban Removal for Rule Violations: If you break community guidelines, we cannot intervene.

Support & Moderation:

• No Dedicated Manager for Every Stream: Managers assist creators but cannot attend every LIVE session.

• No LIVE Moderation Services: You must appoint and manage your own moderators for streams.

Events & Reminders:

• No Event Reminders: Managing your schedule is your responsibility.

Success & Guarantees:

• No Promise of Instant Success: Favorited does not guarantee quick growth, high earnings, or immediate audience engagement.

Miscellaneous:

• No Legal Advice: Consult a professional for legal matters.

• Cannot Make Someone Fall in Love with You… Yet!

TikTok LIVE Creator Network Requirements:

• Age: 18 years old or older
• Location: Must be based in the US or Canada
• Interest: Willing to learn about live streaming as a career
• Guideline Adherence: Familiar with and committed to following TikTok Community Guidelines
• Affiliation: Not currently affiliated with another TikTok LIVE agency or manager
• LIVE Streaming Commitment: Able to go LIVE for at least 7 valid days and 15 hours per month
• Account Settings: Must have a public account (cannot be private)
• Profile Quality: Must have a high-quality profile picture
• Content Requirements: Must have at least 4 videos posted
• Followers: Must have a minimum of 10 followers

TikTok Shop Agency Requirements:

• Location: US-based creator
• Age: 18 years old or older
• Interest: Willing to learn about TikTok Shop affilate as a career
• Guideline Adherence: Familiar with and committed to following TikTok Community Guidelines
• Account Settings: Must have a public account (cannot be private)
• Profile Quality: Must have a high-quality profile picture
• Content Requirements: Must have at least 4 videos posted
• Followers: Must have at least 5,000 followers
• TikTok Shop Access: Already have access to TikTok Shop or manager
• TikTok Shop Not Linked: Can not already be linked to a TikTok seller account or another TikTok Shop Agency
  
  Favorited Agency Requirements:
• Age: 18 years old or older
• Location: Must be based in the US or Canada
• Interest: Willing to learn about live streaming as a career
• Guideline Adherence: Familiar with and committed to following TikTok Community Guidelines
• Affiliation: Not currently affiliated with another LIVE agency or manager
• LIVE Streaming Commitment: Able to go LIVE for at least 1 day a month
• Account Settings: Must have a public account (cannot be private)
• Profile Quality: Must have a high-quality profile picture
• Followers: Must have a minimum of 0 followers

Infinitum_US – Invitation Terms and Agreements

Invitation Term

• Term Duration: 3 years from the date of joining.

Quitting Rules

First 15 Days: You are welcome to submit a removal request through your manager or here at any time, and we will process it promptly, no questions asked.

After 15 Days: After the initial 15 days, you can leave the agency network by giving a 30-day notice period. However, you will not be eligible to join any other agency network for 60 days. We are not obligated to remove you unless we deem necessary. 

• If you have earned over 200,000 diamonds in the past six months, you will no longer be eligible to join another network, in accordance with TikTok’s Creator Network onboarding guidelines.
• Our network operates under an agreement that ensures consistency and fairness for all creators. As outlined in the agreement, there is a 30-day withdrawal period followed by a 60-day cooldown period before any removal can be finalized. These terms are in place to maintain stability for everyone involved.
• Unfortunately, we must adhere to the agreed terms and cannot expedite the removal process. The 90-day period must be completed as outlined in the agreement. This policy is designed to maintain the structure and agreements that benefit all members of our network.
• We appreciate your understanding, and please know that we are here to offer support and assistance during this time.

Agency Removal: The agency network reserves the right to remove you at any time. (This include blocking you at our discretion)

Settlement of Expenses and Proceeds

• Any agreement regarding settlement of expenses or distribution of proceeds between you and the agency must be handled offline, independent of the platform. TikTok is not a party to this agreement.

Relationship Terms

1. Talent Agreement: Diamond Creator Incentive (D.I.P) – Talent Agreement.
2. Network Acceptance: By accepting the invitation, you acknowledge and agree to the Network Relationship Rules, which may be updated from time to time.
3. TikTok Disclaimer: TikTok will not be involved in any disputes between you and the agency.

Network Invitation

• Invitation Acceptance: By accepting this Network Invitation, you become a member of the Infinitum_US network.
• Information Sharing: TikTok may share your account profile, LIVE performance information, task metrics, and other relevant data with Infinitum_US for the purposes of managing your participation.
• Compensation: No direct compensation will be provided by TikTok or Infinitum_US. LIVE gifts you receive are subject to TikTok’s Virtual Items Policy.

Rules for Network Relationships

1. Forming a Network Relationship: Hosts and contractors are not allowed to form a network relationship under certain conditions, including if the host is banned, underage, or already affiliated with another network.
2. Transfer of Relationships: Network relationships can be transferred between contractors under specific rules.
3. Ending a Relationship: A network relationship can end either by the host, the contractor, or TikTok. A 30-day notice period applies if you choose to leave after 15 days of joining.

Infinitum_US – Talent Agreement & D.I.P Bonus

Diamond Creator Incentive (D.I.P) – Talent Agreement

• Campaign Month: Infinitum_US will announce specific “Creator Bonus Campaign Months” through official channels such as Discord or Email.
• Valid Streaming Days & Hours: To qualify, creators must meet specific streaming goals (e.g., 7 valid streaming days and 15 hours per month) and diamond targets.
• Proof of Performance: Creators must provide screenshot proof for Daily Ranking bonuses.

Payment

1. Method: All payments will be made via PayPal from Infinitum Imagery LLC.
2. Payment Timing: Payments are made monthly, on or before the 20th for the previous month’s valid compensation.
3. Taxes: Creators are responsible for all applicable taxes on their earnings.

Performance Standards

• Creators must comply with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, including restrictions on smoking, vaping, excessive cursing, and inappropriate content during live performances.
• Creators must keep the camera steady and avoid simply showing an image on the screen.

Infinitum_US – Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)

Confidentiality

• The receiving party agrees to hold all disclosed information in strict confidence and not use it for purposes beyond what is agreed upon. (Including verbal sharing, screen recording & Screenshots of any of our material, channels or anything provided by Infinitum_US)
• Exceptions: Information that is publicly available, known prior, or independently developed is not considered confidential.

Non-Disparagement

• Creators agree not to make any negative or defamatory statements about Infinitum LIVE Creator Network, Creators or associated parties (Including TikTok).

Infinitum_US – Non-Compete Agreement

Non-Compete Obligation

• The creator agrees not to engage in any competitive activities or services that are similar to Infinitum_US for a period of 5 years after the termination of this agreement.

These agreements govern your participation in the Infinitum_US TikTok LIVE Creator Network, outlining the rules for joining, quitting, compensation, and your responsibilities as a creator.
