1. Commitment to Going LIVE Regularly

• Minimum 12 Valid Days Per Month: You must stream at least 12 separate days each month.
• Minimum 25 Hours Per Month: You must complete at least 25 cumulative streaming hours.
• Valid Sessions: Each LIVE must last a minimum of 1 continuous hour. Resetting or cutting sessions short before the 1-hour mark does not count.
• Exception Requests: If serious obligations (e.g., military duty, work schedules, illness, family emergencies, natural disasters) prevent you from meeting requirements, submit a documented exception request. Each case will be reviewed individually.

2. Follow TikTok Community Guidelines

• Strict Compliance: You must adhere to TikTok’s Community Guidelines at all times.
• Professionalism on LIVE: Avoid behavior that may harm your image or Infinitum’s reputation, including excessive profanity, smoking/vaping, drinking alcohol, explicit discussions, or other inappropriate conduct.
• Zero Tolerance: Severe or repeated violations may result in suspension or removal from the network.

3. Accountability & Communication

• Stay Connected: Use your iVIEW/InfiniVIEW card to identify and contact your assigned manager.
• Ask for Support: Managers and the Infinitum team are available to assist with technical issues, LIVE strategies, or platform-related challenges.

4. Referral Program

• Earn Rewards: Invite new creators to Infinitum LIVE and receive referral bonuses once they successfully join and meet requirements.

5. Loyalty & Integrity

• Report Poaching: If another network approaches you, immediately notify us with screenshots or chat logs.
• Stay Committed: Joining or entertaining offers from outside agencies while under Infinitum LIVE violates your agreement and will jeopardize your future opportunities.

TikTok Shop (USA Only)

Expectations & Responsibilities for Infinitum TikTok Shop Members

1. Shop Activity & Engagement

• Consistency Matters: Maintain regular participation in TikTok Shop activities such as product promotion, sales streams, and content uploads.
• Exception Requests: If personal obligations or emergencies affect your ability to participate, notify us for review.

2. Achieve Monthly Sales Goals

• Performance Standards: Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
• Track Your Growth: Use Infinitum tools to review sales progress and identify improvement areas.
• Get Help: Managers are available to provide strategies for boosting sales when needed.

3. Compliance with TikTok Shop Rules

• Adhere to Policies: Always comply with TikTok Shop terms to avoid penalties or suspensions.
• Professional Conduct: Treat all customers and sales interactions with respect and professionalism.

4. Communication & Support

• Direct Help: Reach out to Infinitum support for assistance with violations, login problems, or account concerns.
• Manager Contact: Use Discord to connect with your assigned manager quickly.

5. Referral Opportunities

• Expand the Shop: Recruit other sellers and earn referral rewards when they successfully join under Infinitum.

6. Integrity & Loyalty

• Report Poaching Attempts: Share screenshots if other agencies contact you.
• No Dual Membership: Working with other agencies while under Infinitum violates your contract and will result in consequences.

Favorited LIVE (USA Only)

Expectations & Responsibilities for Favorited Agency Members

• Flexible Streaming: No strict requirements, but consistency will increase your reach and income.

2. Platform & Behavior Standards

• Respect the Rules: Follow all Favorited platform policies and community guidelines.
• Professionalism on Camera: Avoid excessive profanity, smoking/vaping, drinking, or other unprofessional conduct. Violations may result in removal.

3. Support & Communication

• Your Manager Matters: Favorited managers are available to help with questions and account issues.
• Discord Connection: Use Discord to stay in contact with your assigned manager.

4. Referral Rewards

• Grow the Team: Invite friends or new creators to Favorited LIVE and earn referral bonuses.

5. Integrity & Protection

• Report Poaching Attempts: Provide evidence if another agency attempts to recruit you.

• Abide by Rules: Always follow Bigo LIVE’s community guidelines and policies.
• Professionalism on Camera: Refrain from inappropriate conduct such as excessive profanity, smoking, alcohol consumption, or offensive content.

3. Communication & Support

• Manager Guidance: Infinitum managers are available to support you with Bigo-related issues, including violations, performance tips, or account concerns.
• Stay Connected: Use Discord to communicate directly with your assigned manager.

4. Referral Opportunities

5. Loyalty & Protection

• Poaching Awareness: Immediately report outside agencies attempting to recruit you.

Unlike risky or misleading creator networks, we operate within platform rules, follow enforcement guidelines, and do not offer shortcuts, loopholes, or deceptive practices.

Creator networks are often misunderstood, and misinformation creates unrealistic expectations. To set the record straight, this page clearly outlines what Infinitum LIVE does not do.

• No algorithm influence — We do not control TikTok’s algorithm, LIVE traffic, discovery, recommendations, or For You Page placement.

Bans, Violations & Enforcement

Infinitum LIVE is a creator network, not a talent agency, PR firm, management company, marketing agency, production studio, law firm, financial advisor, or employer.

As a result, we do not:

• Book sponsorships or brand deals for creators
• Negotiate creator endorsement contracts
• Hire photographers, videographers, editors, or production crews
• Create content on behalf of creators
• Manage public relations or media outreach
• Arrange interviews, appearances, speaking engagements, or press opportunities
• Build personal brands, merchandise lines, or commercial businesses
• Fund productions, content projects, or marketing campaigns
• Act as an entertainment manager or talent representative
• Secure acting, modeling, television, film, music, or entertainment opportunities
• Negotiate employment or talent representation agreements
• Represent creators in legal disputes or business negotiations
• Function as a record label, talent agency, modeling agency, or advertising agency

Our role is limited to creator education, compliance guidance, platform support, campaign participation opportunities when available, and helping creators better understand and navigate TikTok LIVE.

This page explains Infinitum’s creator network relationship terms in plain language. It is provided for transparency when you are considering joining (or have joined) the Infinitum TikTok LIVE Creator Network & Agency across:

Infinitum_US (USA/Canada) • Infinitum_UK (United Kingdom) • Infinitum_AU (Australia/New Zealand) • Infinitum_PH (Philippines) • Infinitum_LATAM (Latin America)

Important: This is a public-facing overview of Infinitum’s network terms. Your official creator network relationship is formed through the platform invitation flow. By joining Infinitum through the platform, you agree to follow these relationship terms and all applicable platform policies.

1) Who We Are

Infinitum LIVE is a TikTok LIVE Creator Network and agency that supports creators with:

• Coaching and strategic guidance
• Account, safety, and escalation support
• Content optimization and analytics tools
• Community collaboration and creator resources
• Exclusive campaigns and creator programs (including optional incentive programs)

Creators keep 100% of their TikTok LIVE earnings. Infinitum does not take a cut of your diamonds.

2) Management Relationship Period (3-Year Term)

When you join Infinitum through the platform, you are joining for a 3-year creator network relationship period.

• Term Length: Three (3) years from the date you accept the invitation on-platform
• Renewal: If offered, renewal terms are handled on-platform and/or through updated network relationship rules

3) Rules for Quitting (Leaving the Network)

TikTok’s network relationship system includes standardized leaving rules. Infinitum follows those rules.

✅ First 15 Days

You are free to leave within the first 15 days of joining.

✅ After 15 Days

After the first 15 days:

• Leaving requires a 30-day notice period (completed on-platform)
• After leaving, TikTok applies a 60-day cooldown, during which you cannot join another creator network

Transfer requests: Infinitum does not facilitate or participate in creator network transfer requests. If you choose to leave, you must use the standard quit process under TikTok’s notice and cooldown system.

Creator Network Removal Rights

Infinitum can remove a creator from the network at any time, for operational, compliance, safety, or business reasons.

4) Eligibility Restrictions (Joining Requirements)

A creator cannot join the network if they are ineligible under platform rules, including (commonly) situations such as:

• Account is banned or LIVE access is disabled
• Creator is under 18
• Creator is already affiliated with another creator network
• Creator is outside the supported region for the network they are joining
• Creator does not meet platform eligibility requirements (diamonds/followers/other criteria)
• LIVE content is not aligned with platform Community Guidelines (including For You eligibility standards)
• Account is a government/politician/political party account under platform policies (where applicable)

5) Diamond Threshold Restriction (Platform Rule)

Creators who have earned 200,000+ diamonds within the past six months, 500,000+ Diamonds & or 200,000 Followers+ may need to qualify for an ELITE TikTok LIVE Creator Network Invitation may be restricted by TikTok from joining another creator network after leaving, under TikTok’s creator network onboarding guidelines.

6) Poaching, Pressure, and Outside Influence

Infinitum supports respectful transitions. At the same time, we do not change network timelines due to outside pressure.

• Solicitation or pressure from outside parties does not change the platform’s notice/cooldown process
• Threats, harassment, defamatory statements, or hostile behavior will not accelerate a release
• We encourage professional communication and will provide reasonable support during the transition process

7) Settlement of Expenses & Proceeds (Offline Only)

If you and Infinitum ever agree on any settlement regarding:

• expenses, or
• distribution of proceeds,

those arrangements must be handled offline, directly between you and Infinitum, independent of TikTok.

TikTok is not a party to any creator-network financial arrangement and will not mediate disputes.

8) Compensation & Earnings (How Money Works)

• Infinitum does not provide direct payments for going LIVE
• All creator earnings come from platform gifting (e.g., TikTok LIVE gifts), governed by the platform’s virtual items and monetization policies
• Creators are responsible for taxes and reporting obligations in their country/region

9) Optional Creator Programs (Including D.I.P.)

Infinitum may offer optional campaigns, bonuses, and creator programs. If you participate in a program such as the Diamond Incentive Program (D.I.P.), it is governed by separate program rules (eligibility, verification, and performance standards).

Program months, requirements, and details are announced through official Infinitum channels (e.g., Discord, email, dashboards, tools).

10) Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure (Network Protection)

To protect creators and the network, creators agree to keep internal materials confidential, including:

• internal resources, training, documents, and operational materials
• private network communications (Discord/internal tools)
• non-public creator tools, dashboards, and systems

Creators should not distribute or repost internal information, screenshots, recordings, or private materials.

Exceptions: Information that is publicly available, previously known, or independently developed is not treated as confidential.

Creators agree not to:

• spread knowingly false claims

To avoid confusion, here is what Infinitum does not do across TikTok LIVE (and where applicable other platforms):

Account Ownership & Management

• We never take ownership of your account — you remain the sole owner
• We do not create, post, or edit TikTok videos for you
• We do not control your other social accounts (YouTube/Instagram/etc.)
• We do not control or monitor your personal devices

Payments & Financials

• We do not pay you for going LIVE — payouts come from the platform
• No hidden fees — services are free for creators
• No equipment reimbursement
• No tax or financial advice

Gifts, Products, Followers

• No free gifts for rankings/battles outside official campaigns
• No free products or inventory
• No bots, fake followers, fake viewers, or artificial growth

Bans, Violations, Reports

• No authority over bans or suspensions
• No access to report/flag identity data
• No ability to erase violations
• No bypass of appeals systems

Support & Moderation

• No manager for every LIVE
• No live moderation services — you choose and manage your moderators

• Results depend on consistency, effort, content, and compliance

TikTok (and other platforms) are not parties to agreements between creators and creator networks.

Platforms control:

• eligibility, enforcement, payouts, bans, appeals, and features
• policy updates and monetization requirements

Disputes between creators and networks are resolved independently between the creator and the network, not through TikTok.

• Content Activity: At least 4 posted videos on the account
• Follower Count: Minimum of 10 followers

TikTok Shop Agency Requirements:

• Location: US-based creator
• Age: 18 years old or older
• Interest: Willing to learn about TikTok Shop affilate as a career
• Guideline Adherence: Familiar with and committed to following TikTok Community Guidelines
• Account Settings: Must have a public account (cannot be private)
• Profile Quality: Must have a high-quality profile picture
• Content Requirements: Must have at least 4 videos posted
• Followers: Must have at least 5,000 followers
