Infinitum Creator Ledger — End User License Agreement (EULA)

Infinitum Creator Ledger (the “Software”) is copyrighted and is the exclusive property of Infinitum Imagery LLC. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved. The Software is protected by copyright and related intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, modification, distribution, or use is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

LICENSE AND TRIAL

By accepting this agreement, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software only as follows. You may use the Software for a three (3) day trial period from the date of first access. After the trial ends, the Software is not free. Continued use requires a valid paid subscription or extended access granted only through promo codes or other means explicitly provided by Licensor. Promo codes extend access at Licensor’s discretion and do not grant any ownership or extra rights. You may use the Software only for your personal or internal business use, in line with its intended functionality and any terms shown in the app or the app store.

RESTRICTIONS — NO RIGHT TO COPY OR MANIPULATE

You may not, without prior written permission from Licensor: copy the Software (except one backup for your own use if the app allows it); modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or distribute the Software or any rights under this agreement; remove or alter any copyright or proprietary notices; use the Software for any illegal purpose or to violate any laws or third-party rights; or circumvent or disable trial periods, subscription checks, or access controls except via a valid promo code or subscription. You do not acquire any ownership in the Software. All intellectual property remains with Licensor. Any use not permitted above is prohibited and may result in termination and legal action.

SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT

After the trial, access may require payment as shown in the app or the app store. Promo codes may be used only as specified by Licensor; Licensor may revoke or change them at any time. Refunds and cancellations are governed by the app store or payment processor and any terms shown at purchase.

TERMINATION

Licensor may terminate or suspend your license at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for breach of this agreement. On termination, your right to use the Software ends immediately and you must stop all use. Terms that by their nature should survive (including ownership, restrictions, and limitations of liability) survive termination.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LICENSOR AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM THIS AGREEMENT OR USE OF THE SOFTWARE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. LICENSOR’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM (OR USD $100 IF NOTHING WAS PAID). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations; where prohibited, the above may not apply to you.

GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the State of [insert your state], without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts in [insert county/state], and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

CHANGES AND CONTACT

This agreement, together with any terms in the Software or the app store (where consistent), is the entire agreement between you and Licensor. Licensor may change this agreement; continued use after changes means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, you must stop using the Software.
