1. **Source and Recruit Creators:** Your primary responsibility will be to identify and onboard talented creators to join the Infinitum LIVE Agency Creator Network. We are looking for individuals who can bring fresh and exciting content to our platform.
2. **Account Management:** Once onboarded, you will be responsible for managing the accounts of these creators. This involves keeping them updated with the latest campaign information in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring they have all the tools they need to thrive.
3. **Strategy Development:** You will play a crucial role in developing strategies that motivate and engage the creators you manage. Your ability to inspire and encourage them to actively operate their accounts is key to their success and our network’s growth.

Infinitum LIVE Agency Creator Network Subagency Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Infinitum LIVE Agency Creator Network (“Company”). These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you (“Subagency”) and Infinitum LIVE Agency Creator Network accessible at www.infinitumlive.com (“Website”). Accessing the Backstage portal implies your acceptance of these Terms.
1. Acceptance:
By using the Backstage portal, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally authorized to contract, and fully accept these Terms.
2. Role and Responsibilities:
As a Subagency, you can create your business within our platform. You earn a percentage from creators you recruit and manage.
3. Revenue and Payouts:
Your earnings depend on your recruited creators’ performance. Payouts are monthly, typically around the 20th. Minimum payout: $50 (PayPal) or $100 (bank). Different categories may apply to settlements.
4. Territories:
Respect designated operational territories unless authorized otherwise.
5. No Poaching:
Recruit eligible creators through the Backstage portal to avoid termination.
6. Backstage Portal Access:
Maintain activity within the first ten days for continued access.
7. Compliance and Conduct:
Maintain confidentiality, follow laws, and uphold company integrity.
8. Termination:
Infinitum can terminate immediately for violations.
9. Liability:
Infinitum is not liable for indirect damages.
10. Amendments:
Infinitum may change Terms; your use implies acceptance.
11. Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by US laws; US courts have jurisdiction.
Agreement effective from February 1, 2024, and continues as a trial period.
2. Compensation:
2.1 Payment Schedule:
Monthly payments, starting on February 20, 2024, following the same schedule, adjusting for weekends or holidays.
2.2 Payment Calculation:
Commission is 2% of total earnings from referred creators during the Trial Period.
2.3 Threshold:
Payments require a commission exceeding $50.00 in a cycle.
2.4 Payment Eligibility:
Creators must have 7 valid days and 15 hours of activity on Infinitum_US platform during the Trial Period.
2.5 Verification:
Infinitum_US verifies creator activity before payment.
2.6 Additional Compensation:
30% monthly increase in activity earns an additional 1% commission, stackable.
2.7 Additional Creator Bonus:
Creators meeting specific criteria earn the Agent an additional $5.
2.8 Live Event Hosting Compensation:
Hosting a live event on agency’s TikTok LIVE account earns the Agent $10 for each event.
2.9 Creator Termination:
If a LIVE creator resigns or is terminated, all compensation is forfeited.
3. Termination:
3.1 Termination for Convenience:
Either party can terminate with written notice during the Trial Period.
3.2 Termination for Cause:
Infinitum_US can terminate immediately for Agent breaches or detrimental conduct.
3.3 Termination or Resignation During Payment Cycle:
No compensation or commission if termination or resignation occurs during a payment cycle; accrued commission forfeited.
